These woods have trees.
Each tree has growth rings.
Each ring a story of its fight.
These trees are strong–
strong and resilient.
Each year a circle added to a beautiful life.
Hard and easy, laughing, weeping,
storm and sunshine, real life.
Sometimes lovely, sometimes crazy
Nothing’s wrong as we grow inside.
